Condition - restored, cleaned, and ready to wear. Lace at the very bottom might have breaks or loose threads but very hard to notice because of the pattern and all the details. at the very top by the zipper, eye is missing for the hook but is not needed for wear, can be up to the bride if she wants add a hook.
